HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT?
You have 30 days to return your purchase.
However please note the returned item must be as recieved with no signs of usage. Returns and exchanges are free!.
In order to proceed with a return of an item you may contact our costumer service team by email at [email protected], we will be able to help you, you may specify the order number, the description or SKU of the product you wish to return or exchange. In case of reimbursement we will have to return the funds to the same account or means of payment you have used with the purchase or in a form of a gift card (12 month expiration date) to use on our online store.
In case of exchange, you can mention which item you wish to have and make the payment or refund for the difference in value.
After we have recieved your return our team of quality control will inspect the item and look for any usage signs or alterations of the product.
Please note that if you have acquired the item at a promotion and wish to return, we will have to rettain the promotional asset as well.
We do not provide exchanges or returns on personalized products.

If the item you returned does not comply with the conditions mentioned above, you will loose the previlege of being refunded and have 10 days to pick up the items from our warehouse or our team will be able to help you to shedule shipping back to your adress at client's expense.
